Reason: Ecf Gone In Back Legs CsHas been at hunter dog centre over the weekend, o supplied the food so no changes in diet, was fine when brought home yesterday, jumped into car fine and was still using back legs, o went out for 2 hrs then came back and she couldnt use RHL, ate snacks this AM, this morning now unable to use both back legs, utd on prevention, given on 1/3/26, was in recently for sr12. Not on any meds, hasnt urinated or passed feaces since yesterday pm, when i put pressure on bladder small amount of urine passed. No aaccess to known toxins , pet control came to house over a week ago but o advises he uses pet friendly chemicals, both indoor and outdoor dog.Examine: HR 124RR panting, MM pinkCRT slightly delayed, more then 2.5 secRT 39.5Plan: admit for hosp, further workup and diagnostics, honey is insured. Details on file.Examine: KP - trying to walk on front legs only. Occasionally putting down left hind and lame right hind. Treatment: IV catheter placed right cephalic. 0.4ml domitor/0.4ml methone IVGood sedation. Both cruciates intact. Ortolani NEG both legs. Hocks and toes NAD. Patellas in place and no luxation. Radiology: Marked spondylosis L6-7 that appears to have fractured. Hips ok, very mild dyplasia left hip. Stifles no sign of joint effusionAssessment: Back pain from spondylosis fracture source of pain? Possible partial cruciate tears but no joint effusion on xrays. Plan: strict rest and pain relief. Gabapentin and previcox for 7 daysRecheck in 1 week all going well.    Vital Signs
