13/03/2026 Hx: Present for vaccination and check of hot spot lesions O has been treating with iodine Also has had some irritation associated with the ear Subjective: BAR Objective: mm pink, moist, crt < 2 sec eyes - nad ears - L ear a bit pink, but no significant discharge on otoscopic exam heart - normal systolic rhythm lungs - nad abdo palpation - no pain, no masses musculoskeletal - nad genitourinary - nad dental - tartar build up caudal maxillary teeth Integument - shaved spot on head - possible healed hot spot? Temp - Assessment: Likely underlying allergy as cause of the lesions and aural irritation Fit to vaccinate Plan: Recc continue with topical therapy as O has been doing (iodine treatment of focal lesions and epitotic for the ears) as these seem to be working well
