Vaccinations : utd History:Went on a 5km walk 3 days ago, she was fine, went for a swim. That night she was getting a bit sore. Was fine the next day. Day later was chasing a lizard and got sore again. Right hind leg. On and off stability issue with the right hind leg. Laying down a lot; not getting up like normally does to follow O around. O has tiles at home so she does struggle to get up; normally okay with getting up on the carpet but even having trouble with that now.Also limping on front left leg but common when she does too much exercise. O says that leg had radiographs and MRI when she was younger with nothing found apart from possible some degeneration?Eating and drinking okay; maybe not eating as quick as normally does. No vomit or diarrhoea. Urination normal. Examination:nervous. muzzled for exam as usualCV: wnlRR: wnlMM/CRT: pink from visualTemp:Ears: wnlEye: wnlNose and Throat: wnlTeeth Dental grade:Abdomen: wnl Lymph nodes: wnlUrogenital: wnlSkin: wnlMSK/Limbs ROM: spine, neck, RF and LH wnl. hips even1. left forelimb lame intermittently in consult. good ROM, slightly cracked paw pads, no other abnormalities2. right hind leg non weight bearing. clicking and crepitus in right stifle. reduced ROM in right hipAssessment: PLAN:loxicom given with owners request, 1ml SQ . needs sedated radiographs. has eaten this morning, bring back later. sedated with domitor 0.5ml IM, butorphanol 0.8ml IM. antisedan 0.5ml IM. bloods- wnlradiographic findings- left elbow arthritis, left carpal arthritis, possibly slight inflammation halfway down radius and ulna. mild inlfammation and swelling of patella tendon in right stifle. possibly partial RH cruciate tear. slightly flattened femoral head bilaterallysedated palpation - slight cranial drawer in RH. crepitus in left elbow. recommend meloxicam oral starting tomorrow and gabapentin, if no better maybe consult with Dr Sue in clinic

Please check for lumps on left chest/abdomen area as O thought found another one. Examination: Needs sedation to do full exam. Can still bite through blue muzzle, use light yellow muzzle. O has to fully squish between legs and lift up front legs to hold still, not greatCV: pulse on back leg- 130RR: pantAbdomen: overweightSkin:lump on right cranial elbow 2-3cm, feels like fatty lump. Can't FNA without sedation- freaked out just from trying to feel the leg lump on 1cm disc like lesion on left lateral abdomen, mobile and in fat layer.
