Record is CompleteRevisit and follow-up radiographs report:History:Surgery performed: Right R/u fracture repair with dorsal plating perfomed on 30/1/26 (6 weeks post-op). Enzo has been walking well at home and there has been no concerns. Examination findings:At today’s examination, Enzo is weight bearing well on the operated limb with no lameness. He does hold up the right thoracic limb intermittently but also holds other limbs up intermittently at random intervals. The previously resolved reduced right carpal flexion is resolved. Procedures performed:Sedation: Dexmedetomidine 0.005mg/kg + butorphanol 0.2mg/kg IV.Orthogonal radiographs of the right radius and ulna were obtained, which demonstrate healed radial and ulna fractures. Implants are quiescent with antebrachial lengthening consistent with persistent open growth plates.Sedation reversed with atipamezole IM.Plan:I have recommended return to full activity and no further revisits are required. Enzo has been walking well at home. His owner's main concern is that he occasionally wakes up and whine/yelps while holding the right thoracic limb out. There have been no issues with limb usage otherwise.Examination findings:At today’s examination, Enzo is weight bearing well on the operated limb with no lameness. When sitting, he does hold the limb mildly externally rotated. There is reduced right carpal flexion consistent with dorsal plating. There is no discomfort on flexion/extension of the carpus or direct palpation of the implant. The incision has healed well. Treatment:The sutures were removed. Plan:I have recommended continued exercise confinement and a revisit examination in 4 weeks for sedation and follow-up radiographs. I have advised the intermittent holding up of the limb may be secondary to the plate size and location, however this does not appear to be affecting function. We will continue to monitor this for now, as Enzo is currently also about to enter a rapid growth phase. If required, the plate can be removed in the future if it is deemed to still be causing issues.    Vital Signs
