In for recheck of ears. Was a bit of a struggle to get ear ointment in initially but she got compliant after a few days. Not scratching/shaking head much
Vomited a few times since last visit - brought up a pip (peach/nectarine) and had diarrhea; been feeding chicken/rice and now better, back to usual diet.
Known to scavenge.

Exam:
L ear sl discharge, but open ear canal, not red, can see intact TM
R ear open ear canal, not red, intact TM, no discharge.
Cytology: NAD in both ears
Cleaned out L ear with a bit of epiotic SIS

Assessment:
Acute onset of V/D likely d/t dietary indiscretion 
Bilateral OE resolved

Plan:
O aware of potential for FB obstruction -watching closely.
No further Tx for ears. No need for maintenance for now - discussed care with ears when bathing, wet towel is ok, dry ears thoroughly but not with cotton tip, use hairdryer. Will discuss maintenance plan if have frequent OE episodes.
