Hx:- O reported Daisy Mae has been doing with her coughing with the inhaler. - Itching behaviour has not been too bad. Ex:Mentation: BAR. Very happy and friendly. Ate treat during examination. No dysphagia noted. BCS: 5/9 Dental: Grade 2/4 Neuro: No nystagmus or head tilting behaviour noted. No ataxia or circling gait noted. Full neuro exam not performed. Eye: Menace and palpebral response unremarkable   Ear: Small amount of yellow discharges noted when swabbed. Cardiovascular: Grade 3/6 systolic heart murmur detected. Heart rate in synch with femoral pulse Respiratory: Normal BV sound. No increase in respiratory effort noted. Peripheral lymph nodes: peripheral LNs are normal in size, and no firm or painful LNs were noted.  Integument: Coat shiny and no alopecia noted. No obvious ectoparasite noted.  Abdomen: Soft and comfortable on palpation. No palpable organomegaly, masses, or other obvious abnormalities Spinal palpation: No obvious discomfort noted during spinal palpation. No neck pain noted during active ROM. MSK: Weight bearing on all 4 when ambulating in the examination room and clinic. No obvious discomfort noted during PROM assessmentUrogenital: Unremarkable Rectal: Not performedAx:Problem 1: Grade 3 systolic heart murmur Problem 2: Canine bronchitis ddx: currently managed with inhaler. Ear cytology: Unremarkable, occasional yeast. Tx:None today. Px: r/c in 3m time.
