Reason: Recheck Appointment.History: See previous.- Owner reports dog much less itchy with Zenrelia but since stopping has become irritated again not as bad as previously but still unsettled. Licking at feet and underarms during the night. Scratching at the chest region.Assessment:Ear Cytology shows scattered Rods and 1 + yeast  in Right Ear2+ Yeast Left Ear. Continue with Aurizon 0.4mls in the Right Ear twice daily for 1 more week then switch to Dermotic.Start Dermotic in Left Ear.Zenrelia for skin. No infection present but dog red may need to use LT until weather cools down.Recheck Ears in 3 weeks.    Vital Signs    Weight: 17.2;
