Reason: Ate SultanasConsult Time: 1130ECC Vet: JBR History:Bohdi presented this morning due to suspected sultana ingestion. Bodhi was presented with other household dog (Billie), who may have also accessed sultanas, but owner fairly certain Bohdi was primary culprit. Small 15g box of sultanas with approximately half box potentially consumed. Ingestion occurred 10-15 minutes prior to presentation. No prior medical history. Bohdi has been EDUD normally. No vomiting or diarrhoea. Bright and alert.Current Medications:None. Assessment:Problem list:- Sultana ingestion Bohdi presented today due to suspected sultana ingestion, which was confirmed following induced emesis. His owner confirmed that amount produced was approximately what he had access to. However, as we cannot be certain that all sultanas have been evacuated, recommended checking his renal parameters today to obtain a baseline. Ideally this should be reassessed in 2-3 days, sooner if clinical signs develop. Discussed risk of renal injury from toxicity and to monitor for signs of lethargy, vomiting, diarrhoea or hyporexia. Treatment:Maropitant 1mg/kg IV Activated charcoal 1.5g/kg PO Plan:Recheck renal parameters in 2-3 days time (either with PCV or ARH). Represent sooner should clinical signs emerge. Reason: Penis Won't Return To PrepuceAppointment Notes: KWAMGSubjective: Has had the tip of his penis protruding since this morning. Is red and swollen. Becomes irritated when owner tries to touch or examine the area. Has not ever happened to him before. Has been EDDU N. No V+ or D+. Is UTD on his preventative medications and vaccinationsObjective: BAR on arrivalPenis already relocated back into prepuce. On extrusion penis is normal in appearance and not inflammed. HR 120, strong synchronous pulses, T (axillary) 36.3, RR sniffing, normal bronchovesicular sounds. Quickly re-examined after treating their other dog (Billie - also presented at the same time), not recoccurred. Assessment: No abnormalities, penis already returned to normal at time of examination.Plan: No treatment required.    Vital Signs
