Hospital Time Period: 6am - 6:30pm History:Nala is day 4 in hospital post urethral obstruction. Significantly haematuric on presentation and blood clots within bladder have caused issues with Eating small amountSubjective: BAR. Sedated for full examiationObjective:Temp:  38.2 MM: pink      CRT: <2        HR:   180          FP:   SS        RR: normal on distance exam but slightly elevated after handlingBCS:    5/9                Wgt:    4.9kg CV:    RESP: normal thoracic auscultation             GIT:   NADU/G:  Urinary extension line twisted and kinked - replaced. Urine clear. POCUS - bladder small, less evidence echogenic material within bladder compared to Tues.  Good clear  urine flow until kinked line again. Removed ucatheter  - passed 2 mod voids, clear urineNeuro:  NADM/S:  NADInteg:  swollen Right cephalic, site of IVC - removed and placed medial R saphenous.  Ophth:  bilateral mydriasis likely secondary to medicationLNs: NADLaboratory: Venous blood gases - WNL HC 30 PCV/TP - 26/58IMAGINGAFAST: Urinary bladder empty at 8am. No abdominal FFProblem List:Improving haematuria and bladder blood clots. Resolved urethral obstruction Assessment: Improving haemturia Urinary catheter removed Referring Vet Communication: NoneTreatment: IVFT @ 19ml/hr Ketamine CRI @ 3mcg/kg/min - de-escalation today - DC 5pmMeloxicam 0.05mg/kg PO  today prior to DC  LD (due tomorrow) Buprenorphine 0.015mg/kg IV Q8 Gabapentin 100mg PO Q12 - cont at home q 12hr, consider 100mg OID if too sedate in PM Started IV cephazolin 20mg/kg IV - cont oral at home for total 5 days 	Plan: Diagnostic plan :  q24 hr DIscharge : This PM SEM updated owner in Am - discussed urinary clear and likely home this evening if able to remove u cath this afternoon  Updated re costs.
