Owner reoported dog is eating well. Mouth is non painful. BNo diificulties eating.




OBJECTIVE:
Incisor and premolar extraction sites ae healing very well. No swelling or pain. dog very BAR and barking.




ASSESSMENT:
Post dental check up- healed well.
