Reason: Sore Inflammed Vulva  Possibly Infected Appointment Notes: owner noticed on tuesday JAMReason: History: Noticed on the weekend was scooting once.After this noted a graze on her vulva area. Was licking at it a lot on Monday. Stopped the next day. Gave malaseb wash, washed it twice since. Dried out and a bit scabby. Otherwise has been going well. Still EDDU normally. Allergies going alright at the moment. Her back R paw is always redder. Licks occasionally. Examination: BAR, anxious and vocalising, however loves treats and owners good at holdingVulva: mild brown staining surrounding vulva. Dorsal aspect of vulva hardened mildly inflammed region. Otherwise NAD. Nothing found in the vulva Skin: Paws mild brown staining dorsally Ears eyes nose NAD Assessment: Vulval injury/ irritation vs allergy vs other Plan:Recommended cytopoint injection as due soon, o consented, 30mg given SC Can clean with betadine BID for 7 days diluted RV if not improving.
