Hx --Doing really well at home, esp just after cartrophen runs around like a puppy-Still active, doing 2.5km walks and keeping up with his younger sister-EDDU well-No V+ or D+-Younger cavalier at homeCE:- Eyes/ears/mouth: Eyes catarracts in both eyes. Ears NAD. Mouth mm moist and pink, CRT <2s with Gr3-4 dental dz- CVS: Gr V heart murmur, HR 120bpm, appears unchanged from prior visit safe to stay on current medications - Abdo: Comfortable when palpated- Temp: NA- M/S: Reduced ROM in flexion and extension in all limbs. Esp reduced ROM when flexing both hindlimbs and extending the LFL at the shoulder joint. Joints palpated and comfortable. Some reaction in the lumbar spine upon spinal palpation. He had good mobility when entering and during the consult. - Integument: Healthy coat - Other: NAA - Doing well overall, doing well on cartrophen and fit for injection today.Rx & Plan - -Cartrophen 0.3ml today-Return for cartrophen in 3m time

Hx- has ag infections quite reg. but unabe to remove them due to cardiac illness. CEBARWell hydratedCVS: MM pink CRT <2 HR: 120bpm Grade 5/6 pansystolic heart murmur FP=HBAbdo palp: WNLSAgs: purulent ++++++++ both infected. expressed. blood present. No masses palpable but there is thickeness of the glandsA- bilateral ag infectionP_ home on 2 week course of abs. O has caprieve at home to use for 3 days. rv if needed
