History: Simba has been experiencing eye discharge with mucous for a few weeks. Owner wipes eyes nightly with water which helps temporarily but discharge returns after a few days. Discharge was sticky and worse 3 weeks ago, now improved but still present.
 Eyes are worse in mornings and gunky at night.
 Sometimes rubs at eyes. 
Owner concerned about possible infection. 

EDDU: Eating well: No (fussy with food consistency, prefers homemade food with specific texture - not too soft or hard) 
Diet: Homemade food 

V+/D+: No

Worming: Simparica Trio monthly 

Heartworm: as above 

Ectoparasites: Simparica Trio monthly

Temperament: Anxious in social situations, doesn't like cafes, cries when taken to new places, prefers home environment, friendly with other dogs but prefers to stay home with family

- Apply eye ointment morning and night for 3 days when eyes appear red
- Contact clinic if not improving after 3 days of treatment
- Normal activity can resume today 
Recheck: 12 months for routine health check
