EDDU, BAR no other concerns.Says that Albert has not been bothered by that,CE: HR 112, normal heart soundsRR: 28 , normal lung soundsAbdominal palpation - NAD, MM: Pink and moist, CRT 1-2 seconds,Normohydrated.Area clipped, hotspot. Expressed anal glands, empty.Cleaned with aqueous chlorexidine.Treatment:Neocort BID 7 days.Might need ATB if no improvement.
