A bit flat, fur looking rough, just not herself lately Will give gaba beforehand (only had it 30mins ago, so not working yet.) Currently on allergy vacc, off all other meds. Hx - Off colour for last 2 days. A bit quiet and hiding. No v or d. Eating, but a bit less enthusiastic. Otherwise all ok at home. EDUD all fine. Normal stools. No cystitis signs. PE - Bar. BCS - 7/9. A bit heavier than last 2 visits. mm's pink and moist, crt 1 sec. Hydration nad. chest auscultation - lung sounds clear. RR - 34 heart unable to hear, purring constantly. hr=pr= 170 , pulses strong. Eyes nad. Ears nad. Skin nad. teeth - OK LN's nad. Abdo palp - nad. Musculoskeletal - NAD Neuro - NAD temp - 38.9 Assessment - Nothing specific detected. Behavioural? Stressed about something? no change in environment. Something brewing, but no symptoms yet? Rx - None for now Plan - Recheck and bloods and urinalysis INB. Make sure to have 100mg gaba 3hrs and 10hrs before.
