Lumpectomy 1x sebaceous cyst on nose 1 x sebaceous cyst on dorsal aspect of RHL - has been licking ++++ Heart murmur - radiograph chest to assess LA size. Opportunistic scale and polish while under anaesthetic Pre-med: acepromazine 0.03mg/kg IM and methadone 0.3mg/kg IM Induction: co-induction with alfaxan and diazepam Maintained on isoflurane Radiographs - 3 views taken. LA borderline enlarged but not indicated for pimobendan yet. Recommend echo in 4-6 months. Advised to monitor RRR, exercise tolerance and coughing. Lumps excised and cauterised. Teeth scaled and polished. Smooth recovery. Meds: - Neocort to apply TID to RHL lump
