Reason: Sudden Swelling Of Vulva>RCL vulva has blister like lesion that has been there for 3+ months 3mm by 7mm.Sometimes become red and irritated. Was red today but seems to have settled. I am reluctant to do a fine needle aspirate. Best to do an excision biopsy and send to the lab but Suki might be uncomfortable for a week after the surgery - discussed getting a medisuit to protect the area. I do not expect it to go away and the surgery would be more difficult if it enlarges or becomes inflamed. Plan: Apply elocon cream twice daily for 1 week.
