Owner present:History: Has had a little lump on medial aspect of RFL on wednesday last week, little scratch but has been licking at it and it has grown. Occasional limp since back injury but usually when she has just woken up or has had long walk but doing very well otherwise. DUDE ok. No change in her personality. No v/d. On Sunday her bum bleeding since pooping but not since. Also has a small mass near right eye which has been growing and becoming hairless. No other concerns.Exam:BAREars clear no inflam or dischargeNose clear no inflam or dischargeEyes clear no blepharospasm, hyperaemia or epiphoraMM pink and moist with CRT 1-2sThoracic ausc NAD, no murmurs or arrhysAbdo palp soft and comfortable, no masses on palpSkin and coat: One 2cm diameter cutaneous raised inflamed mass on the medial aspect of the right radius. Cytology: Mainly blood, occasional neutrophilsOne 2mm raised pink hairless mass just caudal to the left eye medial canthus - cytology: keratinous debris, suspect sebaceous cystBCS 6/9 - has put on 1kg since last visitMSK: good ROM on all jointsDiagnosis: 2x mass, one suspect sebaceous cyst - one inflam lesion vs neoplasia vs otherTreatment: amoxyclav BID 7 days, carprieve SID 7 days, E collar all times, clean RFL mass with dilute chlorhex BIDPlan:- RV 7 days or sooner if any deterioration- INI repeat FNA / consider biopsy- Monitor eye mass and consider removal if rapid growth or irritation- Monitor mobility HLs- O happy with plan
