Owner struggled to get the pred oral into Archie, but they managed with teh easotic. Owner feels he is better than before. Examination: Small skin lesion on ventral abdomen - epidermal collarette healing well, almost resolved. Right ear - clear, no redness, no discharge, intact TM. Left ear - mild amount of light brown discharge in horizontal canal. - unable to visuliase the TM. - swab of left ear : mixed bacteria. Reduced numbers of rods and cocci. Assessment: Otitis impoved - left ear still a bit infected. Skin lesion resolved. Plan: cotinue with easotic for another 3 days. Review and then look at long term managemnet - elocon, otoflush weekly. Vital Signs
