Diet: hills science diet, fresh kangaroo, veges., Other hx: 25/03/25- Stage B2 myxomatous mitral valve disease. Some exercise intolerance when when hot. Rarely coughs. SRR <30 (owner has been using an App). Nov. 2025- flank region 3cm soft mass in sc 2021-suspicious of early right CrCl disease +/- patella disease. Previous sore lumbar spine sarah said. Meds: Pimobendan 5mg BIDPE: BAR, euhydrated, BCS 3/5, HR 80, RR pant, temp.- EENT: mild tartarNS OUInteg: 3cm soft mass SQ right flank. Lumps not thoroughly assessed today. Lns: nadAbdomen: nadMild reactive palpation mid lumbar spine. Cardio 3/6 HM Resp: nadNo obvious lameness in consult, RH- mild reaction palpation patella pushing medially. No obvious patella instability, reactive on cranial drawer exam RH, no obviosu cranial drawer, no obvious stifle thickening. Left stifle ok, reduced ROM left hip. FL manipulate ok. Normal mentation Assessment: RH lameness - acute on  chronic- partial CCL, patella pain, other soft tissue strain. HMTx: 0.54mls zydax SQ no. 1 Plan: carprofen 20mg x2 SID 7 days (2.2mg/kg)Start zydax course- rest course can be with nurse unless not improving. Trial medical management. Weight management- tick, supplements- already giving fish oil, pain relief, rest 7 days then gradual increase exercise. INB rads (last one 2021). Continue counting SRR. Can repeat echo annually or may elect to just monitor for signs CHF and repeat echo before any GA. No estimate for rads/ echo given today.    Vital Signs    Weight: 18.1;
