06/03/2026 HISTORY Was seen get stung by a bee >> O found bee and removed stinger + cleaned paw pad with disinfectant wipes V+ twice after sting - none since O concerned gums were pale Brightened up since then Healthy prior to this EDUD normal No current meds EXAM BAR **MUZZLED** HR = PR = 112, no hm/a detected on ausc Normal resp effort and clear BVS MM pale pink - O lifted lips up Temp 38.9 Abdomen - tense on palpation but very stressed Integ - NAD Cleaned paw with dilute chlorhex - no erythema or swelling noted on exam ASSESSMENT & PLAN Hypersensitivity reaction Discussed biphasic reaction with potential recurrence of clinical signs within the next 12-24h Dispensed Prednil tab PO sid as needed
