Reason: Lethargy Past Few Weeks + InappetenceS: For a few weeks he's been eating less, which is v odd for him. No V+, normal faeces.He goes out with a dog walker for 3 hours, and O thinks it might be a bit too much for him.O: He's limping on the RF today, and his back is sore.He's gained wt.MM pink, #d UL 4th premolar, rest of teeth are fine, HR 80, NAD chest.His cranial abdo felt a bit firm and felt full, but I couldn't palpate a mass. T 38.1.Bloods. All  OK, but PCV at low end of normal: 37.8 (37.3-61.7).A: He's definitely in pain, this may be the cause of inappetance, but can't r/o a mass, eg a splenic mass.P: Rx Melox.
