12/03/2026 Presenting complaint - Groomer identified some HL interdigital irritation 3 days ago, has been licking at paws. History: - EDDU: Normal - d/v/c/s: None - Other pets/Travel Hx: Luna, resolved interdigital dermatitis - Current medications: None - Vaccinations and flea/worming tx: Utd TPR WNL Integument: Clean, healthy top coat. Large mat along D5 of RHL, some plant burs attached. 1 plant bur and some scabbing between plantar aspect of D4 and D5 of LHL. Assessment: Grass seed irritation and fur mat Treatment: Trimmed fur, removed grass burs Plan: O has malasseb at home, advised to soak 2 times at home. Return for revisit if further irritation occurs Recommend trimming HL fur shorter in the future to prevent recurrence at new house.
