wet patches when the O had gotten home after about 3 weeks of being away. Was walking and dribbling while she was being puppy sat for about 3 weeks, but they do not have a doggy door where as the O does. Not urinating when lying down. Not drinking more than normal. O would like urinalysis today. Lump present under mandible in the middle. - lump got smaller with antibiotics and then after teh O returning after 3 weeks noted it was bigger. Submandibular lymph nodes raised. Admission Nurse: TJ Surgical Nurse: CLF/CL Recovery Nurse: CL Billing/Notes: TJ/ CLF Examine: Pre GA check: WNL 22G catheter placed in front L legLaboratory:Chem 18 + SDMA SDMA marginally elevated. Bloods ok to proceedUrine analysis findings:Colour-  bright yellowAppearance - cloudy SG - 1.035Leucocytes - neg Nitriteph - 6Protein -neg Glucose - neg Ketones - neg Urobilinogen - norm Bilirubin - neg Blood- neg Notes:Skin incision made over abcessess. Opened and explored. 2 small GS recovered.Flushed with copious sterile saline.Penrose drain placed (held in place with single interrupted suture using Monyson - top sutre). 2 additional simple interrupted sutures with Supramid made. Opening left at base sx wound for drainage.Redoing bloods in 4 weeks - biochem with idexx to reassess SDMA.  If inc consider abdominal U/S given incontinence. Note USG adequate.O to source panadol - 500mg please give HALF a tablet NIGHT and MORNINGPre Med: Torb:0.57ml/ Dom 0.05ml given IV @10.21am Maintenance:Oxygen and Isoflurane through e-tube 8.5mmFindings: x2 GS found within the lump Extras: NoneHome Care: Give medication as directedDrain removal in 10 days daysSuture removal in 14 days POC in 5-7 days if O has any concerns    Vital Signs    Weight: 19.0;
