Reason: Cardiac ultrasound + Cysto + Urinalysis IV catheter placed.ACP/Buprenorphine/0.01 dom sedation used for cardiac ultrasound.Echo: - Mild early HCM present, especially affecting the interventricular septum. - no dilation of the atria - No regurgitant flows of concern through the mitral/pulmonic/tricuspid valves.No treatment indicated at this stage, but need to monitor and may need treatment for HCM as it develops.Cystocentesis sample collected.Laboratory: Lots of cocci bacteria still present in cysto sample, WBCs present, intracellular bacteria.Given prolonged bacteriuria, recommended antibiotics, o agreed to proceed.Treatment: Noroclav course for urine infection.Monitor HCM at least every 6 months at this stage.
