Reason: Laboured Breathing Appointment Notes: coming straight down, had kennel cough - drHistory: Does go to doggy day care.  On monday started coughing.  Spoke to online vet from insurance company who dianosed likely kennel cough.  Has continued coughing a bit since then but otherwise well and eating fine.  Then this afternoon she was quiet, didn't want to eat and was shivering.  And owner noticed increased respiratory effort, esp with expiration.Examination: She is fairly bright in consult.  Panting, lungs sound ok.  Heart nad temp mildly elevated.Gums pink and moistDifficult to assess breathing here due to apnting.Assessment:  Possible increased breathing effort, quiet and mild tempTreatment: Will treat with ab's to cover in case of pneumonia secondary to kennel cough.  Continue to monitor at home and revisit if any worsening of symptoms.Plan:    Vital Signs    HeartRate: 120;       Temperature: 39.1;       Weight: 22;
