Reason: Revision surgery for eye wedge resection re-stitchPE:Grade 2 systolic HM Swollen lower eyelid OS. No discharge from previous surgical site. Mod keratitis and hyperaemic slcera on the dorsal aspect of OS Anaesthesia: Premed acp 0.01mg/kg (0.14mls) + methadone 0.2mg/kg (0.56mls) IM Good sedation Placed 18g IV catheter and induced slowly with 5mls alfaxan titrated to effect.Intubated with size 10.0 cuffed ET tube and maintain on oxygen with isoflourane varying percentage as indicated.No IV fluids administered during surgery. BP maintained throughout procedure.The anaesthetic went well with no problems encountered.Surgery: by Dr Geoff Prepped eye with dilute iodine Debrided previous surgical area with scalpel. Closed wedge resection site with 3/0 supramid with 3 external stitches Third eyelid flap placed - 1 external suture with small bit of tubing ***Fluorescein test: no stain uptake Rx:Noroclav 500mg - start tonight. 3/4 tab BID for 5 days [9] Metacam oral - start tonight with food Plan:1. 3d (remove third eyelid flap) and 10d POC (remove x3 sutures) 2. G2 systolic HM. Recheck at 10d POC. If murmur still present, recc echo Idexx histology: cutaneous melonocytoma (clear margins)    Vital Signs    Weight: 28;       HeartRate: 100;
