- Vomiting and diarrhoea

History:
- Off food last couple of days, Not herself, quiet, Ate dinner last night but not all of it
- Food changed temporarily due to regular dry food being unavailable
- Stools became soft after food change
- Vomited yesterday, ate large amount of grass, moping, not coming inside
- Walk this morning was fine
- Large vomit at home with lots of grass, then another vomit
- Stools soft, light brown, more solid this morning after returning to normal food
- New vegetable chew treat given recently, never had before, followed by frequent small stools
- Usually fed Prime (chicken), gave turkey this time but has had turkey before without issue
- No toys or items missing

Mentation: BAR
BCS (0-5): 3/5
mm: slightly pale, pinker after examination               CRT: <2s
HR:110                  RR: normal
Ln: nad
Dental Grade: 0
Temp: 38.8c. 
Heart/lungs: NAD. Abdomen: non-painful on palpation.

Manual PCV 

Assessment:
1. Gastroenteritis

Treatment:
- Maropitant injection
-Pro-kolin

Plan:
- Bland diet for 3 days- cooked chicken breast/ RC GI low fat food 3 days. Slowly back to normal diet after 3 days.
- Return tomorrow morning if not improved
