One vomits with bile. Improved the following days Two big poos last night, mucousy and blood in it. Currently stools soft. Unsure of appetite today, usually do not feed breakfast. Ate dinner last night No obvious changes in water intake. Urination well Parasite control: tablet, unsure of brand or when last was given. O thinks he is due. Energy levels NAD. Diet: Advance , dry kibble. No recent changes. No table scraps. Occasional piece of meat. Exam: Demeanour: BAR MM: Pink moist CRT: <2s HR: 120 Chest: no murmur or arrhythmia EEN: NAD Dental: mild calculus build up Abd palp: reactive repeatably on mid-abdominal palpation LN: WNL Anal glands: bilaterally moderately full, easily expressed - NO BLOOD Rectal: NIL faeces or blood T: WNL Plan: RL abdominal xray - diffusely gassy intestines, no overt signs of FB Given drontal tablet in consult Bland diet next few days Pro-kolin 3ml BD RV if diarrhoea, haematochezia continues or begins to vomit, off food, flat -> bloodwork incl. cPL Given yellow-topped jar for faecal sample if diarrhoea ongoing - HAVE NOT yet given cost of faecal PCR.
