Analgesia () 

Procedure  Oral lesion  cd  104  - hard 3cm  irregular raised gingival/bony mass extending medially to hard palate. 

 Dental radiographs 
104  and peridontal bone    0.63 s.  oblilque and lateral.  Calcification of periodntal bone between 103 and 104.  
104 root and peridontal ligament intact. 

Biopsy. 

 0.5mls mepivicaine maxillary block. 

3-4cm,  irregular very firm lesion.  Lesion nodule extends over hard palate and is ulcerated with food trapped dorsal to the lesion.  
Excisonal biopsy of the medial  1cm  nodule of the lesion.  Cautery applied.   Flushed ulcerated and hair embedded tissue under this. 
2 x  3mm biopsy punch samples taken of very firm mass.  Cautery applied. 

Sample sent to histo
DDx  Epuli,  neoplasia,  firbrosarcoma.
