Reason: LimpingHistory: Was running around and noticed limping on right hind. Back to normal not long after but seems to set off with exercise on and off. Otherwise BAR and EDUDObjective:Demeanour: BARHydration: normalC/V: no audible murmurs/arrhythmiasResp: lung auscultation nadGIT: comfortable abdo palpationU/G: nadSkin/Ears: nadEyes: nadL/N: nadM/S: no lameness noted today. Palpation and manipulation of right hindlimb all nadAssessment: Intermittent right hindlimb lamenessOptions: 1) Further investigation with radiographs and bloods (+/- MDR1 testing)2) NSAIDs and traz Discussion with owner: Discussed with O assessment and options. O keen to trial medication and assess response but also to start with bloods and make sure all nad as well. Treatment: carprieve 20mg PO BIDTraz 150mg PO BIDPlan: R/v INI or worse. NOTE: Jill got too wriggly and only able to get some bloods for biochem but not enough for CBC and enough EDTA to send off.
