History: Has been favoring the RFL paw the last few days. Does chew at the paws a lot this time of year- gets mild allergies. 
Had TPLO on LHL last year, recovered well and both back legs seem to be fine now. 
Slowing down on exercise tolerance, only tolerates 2 slow walks daily now instead of 3. 
No current medications, e/d/u/d all normal. 

Physical Examination:   Wt = 10.4   BS=8 / 9     DS =n/e / 4   
Temp= n/e          HR=   110          RR= Reg   MM= p/m

Temperament: BAR 
Oral cavity: Not examined- mouth shy
Mucous membranes: p/m
Cardiovascular: No audible murmurs or arrhythmias
Respiratory: NAD
Gastrointestinal: Abdomen soft & comfortable on palpation
Urogenital: NAD
Musculo-Skeletal: Ambulating ok, no significant lameness in RFL. RFL feels symmetrical with L, no swelling/crepitus palpated. Ok on flexion/extension of elbow and shoulder. Small bit of smooth sticky material in interdigital fur- clipped out. Dont think cause of lameness. 
Mild erythema of interdigital skin. 
Neuro: NAD
Lymph nodes: wnl 
Ears : Clear
Eyes: Clear
Dermatology:  As above

Assessment: 
Mild RFL lameness ddx: soft tissue vs. OA vs. other

Treatment: 
Metacam dog liquid 9kg (lean BWT) dose PO SID for 5-7 days

Plan: 
Recheck INI or any concerns
Gave OA handout- recc consider cartrophen & 4cyte. OK for first 3 inj to be with nurses.
