If no improvement in epidermal collarettes will likley need oral ab's History: O managed 1 malaseb bath and some of the scabs are lifting Itch is better than it was beginning of the month Doing well on the Derm complete Examine: Collarettes improving not resolvedEars mild erythema TMs intact Assessment:  Mild pyoderma, treat topically Atopy Brief discussion re referral and IDST But as seeming improved will start with continued symptomatic tx Plan: Malaseb 2x weekly (or at least weekly if difficult to do), follow with mediderm conditioner and comb out scabs Recheck for next cytopoint and check skin in 4 weeks - JR will be away so GI to do (met client and Bella today) Cortavance 0.25ml both ears weekly 4 weeks then fortnightly if all ok at recheck  If infection controlled then script for monthly cytopoint with nurse at vet check in 6mo
