11/03/2026 Was booked in for euth today but O thinks he is doing much better. Much brighter and happier, has his attitude back and is eating much more happily. O has stopped giving medications and no deterioration. O thinks he is back to his usual self at the moment. O consented to bloodwork today to reassess kidney status etc. Will call O with results - certainly much more feisty for bloods today so feeling better! Discussed results with O: Non regenerative anemia persists Neutrophilia resolved Eosinophilia Azotemia much improved - still a mild elevation but has halved Elevation in amylase Discussed results with O. Kidneys may deteriorate again and difficult to fully appreciate prognosis without further workup, but at this stage is doing well clinically and lab results reflect improvement O happy to continue monitoring at home, if any deterioration can reassess and recommence ondansetron etc. O happy with this plan.

When O called about rescheduling appointment, he was wondering if we could potentially do a blood test? Cause O thinks that Rex seems to be back to normal? - AC
