Generally happens where we will sneeze once or twice a day for 3 days then resolves for many weeks then returns for 1-3 days then goes away<br><br>No vomiting, excluding furball every now and again <br><br>Environment -> Mostly inside, sometimes unsupervised outside time, 3 other cats, other cats asympatomatic<br>Diet -> mainly wet food applaws tuna, felix, Supplemented dry food. <br>Preventatives, serosto collar, gets reactions where loses hairs with spot ons <br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>S</strong>: Eyes: Normal, no epiphora <strong>Ears</strong>: Normal <strong>Nose</strong>: Normal, no discharge<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Mouth</strong>: Normal. Observed back of mouth and appears normal based on awake examination. Normal submandibular lymph nodes. <br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Skin and S/C</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Musculoskeleta</strong>l: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Thoracic Auscultation</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Abdominal Palpation</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Neuro</strong>: Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>O</strong>: HR 180, RR 28, MM pink, CRT 1-2sec, Pulses Normal<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>A</strong>: <br>PEx NAD despite odd ongoing signs<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>T</strong>: <br>N/A<br></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>P</strong>: <br>O to monitor frequency, try to get video/find video online that looks similar. If increasing in frequency/pattern to behaviour.<br>Next step after or before medication trial would be to sedate, chest radiographs +- nasal flush/culture/nasal scope.<br>Offered option for antiinflammatory/antibiotic trial but with no apparent pattern/frequency and will be unsure whether medication trial worked first or not. So going to monitor. O going to try and steam cat next to shower if possible during episodes<br></span></p></html>
