Heart ascultation and lung fields sound normal. NSF on abdominal palpation.  Fine to proceed with surgery.   Hernias - NoRetained Canines - No Back Dew Claws - NoANAESTHETIC:Premed with acepromazine at 0.03 mg/kg and methadone 0.3mg/kg SC, induction with alfaxalon at 1-2 mg/kg via cephalic catheter,intubation and maintained on isoflurane and oxygen. SURGERY:Clip and surgical scrub.  Elliptical incision of skin made around lump with __ cm margins with #10 scalpel.Blunt dissection of SQ tissue with metzenbauum scissors and en bloc removal of lump. SQ closure with simple continuous 2-0 PDS and knot buried. Skin closure with cruciate 2-0 supra mid, good skin apposition. Good recovery when waking up post surgery.Pain relief - Loxicom at 0.2mg/kgPLAN: Recommend suture line check in 10-14d if owner has any concerns    Vital Signs    Weight: 10;
