Lump sebaceous cyst vs hair follicular tumor- surgical removal if getting bigger

Oral/teeth: II/IV - mild to moderate tartar around upper canines with mild gingivitis, others very mild tartar 
Abdomen: soft, comfortable
Musculoskeletal: ambulant, normal gait 
Integument: small wart approx. 2mm on LHS of lateral thorax 

Assessment/Treatment: ok for vax 
gave duramune C4 (5260010 21.08.2026) sc and protech BS orally (5245047A 10.02.2027)
disc dental - recc scale & polish but non urgent
disc wart - can consider quick removal at the time of GA eg dental if small enough

Presented for follow-up - O reports regardless of E-collar has been able to chew at the foot 
Is on Hypoallergenic RC
Cephalexin BID + Neocort cream 
No other concerns - otherwise a happy girl at home. 
EDDU norm 
NIL V+/D+/ coughing or sneezing. 

Exam: BAR  - sweet girl, good for exam  
HR: 120, strong + regular beats. No murmur, no arrhythmia auscultated . Pulses S+S 
RR: pant, no increased effort, no crackles/ wheezes, normal BV noises.
mm: pink moist. CRT <2s. 
Eyes: NSF 
Ears: NSF 
Teeth: 1-2/4, perm dentition
Temperature: normothermic 
Abdomen: soft/ palpy
Musculoskeletal: Normal ambulation in consult, good PROM through elbows and shoulders, hips and stifles. No reaction to gentle spinal palpation. 
Neurological: full exam not performed, no ataxia.
BCS -5/9 
Urogenital: NSF
Integument: Draining sinus present on RHL interdigitally - applied small amount of pressure - grass seed obtained. Coat is in good condition, no evidence of ectoparasites. 
Rectal:  not assessed. 
Other: NSF


Diagnosis: 
Applied small amount of pressure to RHL - popped out grass seed

Treatment:
O to apply warm compress at home 
Carprieve 20mg PO SID for 5 days
 Amoxyclav PO 100mg BID 
RV after this for vax
Dental - S/P - no extractions expected 
Keep e-collar on.
