11/03/2026 SUBJECTIVE:presented by Brenda Has been going well, but started scratching at R ear again. OBJECTIVE: BAR Both ears - canals much more open, small amount dark waxy discharge remains. TM intact bilaterally. Occasional yeast on swab R ear, L ear nad. ASSESSMENT: Mild otititis with secondary yeast PLAN: Otoflush applied to both ears in consult and trial elocon 0.5mL to each ear weekly - Brenda feels she will be able to do this - then review 2 weeks to assess response If no improvement may need to consider repeat osurnia.
