11/03/2026 Rx: Cytopoint and pre-breeding health check Hx: - Here for cytopoint and pre-mating check - Generalized scratching, dry flaky skin esp over spine - No current medications - supplements (fish oil, glucosamine etc). - Mated 3 weeks ago - collected and performed TCI PE: - Nervous, panting/shaking - MM pink - Mouth: distance 1/4 - Ears: mild pinnae erythema bilaterally, external canals appear clear. - Heart: no murmur, no arrhythmia - Lungs: NAD - Abdo: NAD - Skin: some dry flaky patches over dorsum around spine (one focal area of superficial pyoderma - advised spot-treat with malaseb). - Urogenital: Penis and testes NAD Tx: Cytopoint 2 x 40mg given. Batch 836645. Exp 02/2027. Px: Boost when itch returns again. Went higher dose today to see if more effective/longer lasting results. Prescription on file for next 6mo to be done with nurses.

Hx: Nurse triage, then I had a quick check - Cleary was bitten by one of the other dogs, possibly a couple of days ago, near the base of the left ear. Ex: 7mm puncture wound near left ear base, some thickening around this. Cleaned with iodine and flushed with saline A: Puncture wound P: 7 day antibiotic course, revisit if any concerns.
