11/03/2026 Locum Vet: Dr Justin Cai History: Previously on Cytopoint but expensive for owner. Tried Barazone since last visit and owner happy with how it is working. 1 week ago noticed lump on RHL paw - not been bothering him. Otherwise well - EDUD normal. Examine: Mentation: BAR Body condition score: 7/9 MM: pink moist, CRT: <2sec Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD Nose: NAD Dental: Grade 1/4 dental disease - -mild generalised calculus. Cardiovascular: no murmur or arrhythmia, pulses normal Respiratory: no abnormal lung sounds in all fields Abdomen: soft and comfortable. Integumentary: marked generalised erythema on ventral chest/abdomen and legs, incomplete alopecia on all limbs, otherwise NAD Lump: RHL caudal paw 1cm diameter red raised nodule - non-ulcerated. Assessment: RHL paw FNA cytology - histocytes. ddx - histiocytoma. Plan: Monitor for resolution in next 6 weeks. If growing, bothering him or otherwise concerned/not resolving to recheck and consider repeat FNA vs. surgical removal.
