Hx: Has been fine since ARH visit. On prokolin and chicken and rice (does not eat rice). Stools were black but now dark brown. E+D ok. Not bloated, no V+. 

Exam: BAR. Hx - All ok at home. EDUD all fine.

PE - Bar.
BCS - 
mm's pink and moist, crt 1 sec. Hydration nad.
chest auscultation - lung sounds clear. RR - 
heart nad. hr=pr=  , pulses strong.
Eyes nad. 
Ears nad. 
Skin nad. 
teeth - OK
LN's nad.
Abdo palp - nad.
Musculoskeletal - NAD
Neuro - NAD

heart nad. hr=pr= 120 , pulses strong.
Eyes nad.

teeth - grade 2 dental disease
LN's nad.
Abdo palp - nad.
Musculoskeletal - NAD
Neuro - NAD

Assessment - Fit for vac, dental disease

Rx - KC vac

Plan -  
Needs dental - will get it done at dental clinic at Artarmon, owner concerned about brachycephalic - has specialist anaesthetist there.
