recently had diarrhoea owner put onto bland diet GHC

History: 
-. DU normal. No V/D. No coughing/sneezing. 
- since monday when went to daycare- wasnt really eating much and D+
- still has good energy
diet: kangaroo prime100 loaf 10g of this on mon then did wet stool, placed on chicken form tues til today- did defacaete today- was solid but has abit of yellowish colour to eat
- been on bland diet for 1w
- wax and wane D+ , when given prime100 usually lcears up but now doesnt
- no access to toxins
- does scavenge on walks but o is quite quick to remove it

Examination: 
- BAR, friendly but snapped attempt caudal abdo palp. BCS 4/9. Dental /4. 
- HR WNL, no murmur, MMs pink/moist, CRT 1s, pulses normokinetic and synchronous. 
- RR WNL, clear bronchovesicular lung sounds bilaterally, regular rhythm.
- tense on abdominal palption- query whether dislikes it or pain- did attempt to snap caudal abdo palp. No obvious mass/organomegaly/fb palpable. 
- All peripheral lymph nodes wnl. Temp 38.1

assessment
D+ resolved w bland diet
wax & wane gut flare ups ddx suspect intra-IGT (gut sensitivity/ food intolerance vs ibd vs other)

tx
paracetamol (dymadon) 50mg/ml- 3ml bid for 4d
synbitoic - 1 capsule sid for 20d

Plan: 
-  had long discussion regaridng diet- O can trial introducing kangaroo prime100 slowly to see if it works for her- if it does then next week ok to add psyllium husk, + if O wants kibble recc to stick to single base protein kibble- kangaroo, if doesnt tolerate this recc O to trnasition to GIT hills biome vs hypoallergenic- wnating to trial GIT biome first
- if D+ persistent in future- recc to book consult and consider sending off for faecal analysis ok to drop off at reception if otherwise healthy and well w/o revisit- within the month- if more than a month need sto book consult ($318.85 aurora canine faecal PCR)
