Emma called. She said that Primrose had many instances of d+ last night and v+ overnight. There seemed to be something solid and foreign in her v+ (unrecognisable though). Primrose also had more d+ and v+ (more dry heaving then liquid) on a walk today. Advised to go to AEC if concerned overnight or call and make an appointment for tomorrow. ll 11.3

Ears still smell a bit but unsure if this is just from residual medication around the ears No v+d+ Has been playing with her ears and mouth as much as possible to desensitize her PEx: ORAL: Pink MM CRT <2. Adult teeth erupting. HR: 100 no murmur RR: normal bv sounds Ears: Inner surface of the pinnae oily from residual ointment. Cytology: clear BCS: 5/9 ASSESSMENT: resolved otitis externa PLAN: - recc fortnightly ear cleaning and after bathing/swimming to reduce reoccurrence - to check ears when under for spey procedure next month
