Hx:
(Licking at vulva more than usual, otherwise doing well, no other problems reported)
Current diet(t/d & other bits & pieces)
Current worming/flea control (none recently)


TPR (wnl)
Cardiovascular ( No obvious heart murmur or arrhythmia noted Femoral pulses equal & adequate, no pulse deficit noted )
Respiratory ( Normal lung sounds audible bilaterally, no crackles or wheezes noted.  No increased respiratory effort )
Eyes ( nsf )
Ears ( nsf )
Oral Cavity (moderate tartar & mild gingivitis, no other oral lesions noted)
Abdomen ( Non painful and unremarkable, no obvious mass, FB etc palpable )
Urogenital (perivulval dermatitis & mild ulceration starting.  Otherwise skin looks good)
Musculoskeletal (bilateral luxating patellas, non painful, otherwise no instability or pain response on exam)
Integument (nsf other than perivulval dermatitis as noted previously)
Lymph nodes ( no peripheral lymphadenopathy noted )
Neurological ( Mentation appears appropriate , no proprioceptive deficits)
Behaviour (BAR, lovely dog, loves chicken treats & attention)
BCS (6/9)

Given C5 vac- Nobivac Flex DHPPi & Oral BB
Worming/flea control (given bravecto quantum & afilaria injections, dispense milpro 6 monthly for intestinal worms (this is cheaper than nexgard spectra for Lily)
Discussed dental care ( Recommend dental, estimate ($1040 for scale & polish excluding bloods) )
