Appointment Notes: O suspects an anal abscess / lump observed near anus that produced a 20cent piece size of blood. O couldn't do earlier today - CLHistory:Presenting for: Patient presented for consultation. Previous Hx Anal sacculitis. Owner found a small amount of blood came from Anal region when she was wiping the area due to scooting. Historical Conditions:- Previous TICA 12 months ago- Previous additional surgery- hemilaminectomy 6 months ago. Examination:T: Not TakenChecked anal region, tail fold and anal sacs. Normal discharge from sacs, tail fold not inflammed and no sign issues with anus. Assessment:Possibly a pustule somewhere that has resolved now.
