10/03/2026 PROBLEM LIST: Haemorrhagic diarrhoea DDx: AHDS, rodenticide toxicity, IBD, infectious gastroenteritis, neoplasia vs other OPTIONS PROVIDED: 1) Symptomatic treatment for AHDS - elected 2) Outpatient bloods TREATMENT: 1mg/kg maropitant SQ 8mg ondansetron PO BID Prokolin 10/03/2026 AA SUBJECTIVE:presented by claudia still bloody diarrhoea but no urgency, no increased frequency eating chicken and rice happily. is still lethargic. also notice dlump on dorsum while at emerg centre, not bothering pippa OBJECTIVE: hr r rnrom. bcs 3/5 mm c&crt nrom nad ona bdo palp. temp 38.7, thin mucoid blood on rectal examn. ruptured lump on rt lat dorsum over flanks, cleaned, expressed pale sebaceous liek material (or pus), left crater in centre. ASSESSMENT: hge - slowly resolving. ruptured sebaceous adenoma like lump PLAN: o to bathe lump with chlorhex at home sid 3-4 days. monitor stools. continue prokolin, no need for ondansetron as eating well. no abs disp for lump (dt diarrheoa and on probiotics).
