12/03/2026 Subjective/ Reason: recheck ears Objective: Shaking constantly the last time he came in. Not doing it that much anymore but still doing it. Cleaned ears out a couple days ago and still looks gunky. Went ok with the medication Still licking himself Also concerned about excessive panting and smelly breath Ears both externally nice and clean, no inflammation Can look down ear canals. L tympanic membrane intact. R unable to visualise as didnt allow me to look down that far, mildly inflamed down this canal. L 1-2 yeast every few hpf, R NAD Feet and ventral abdomen all look fine, no traumatic licking evident HR 120, grade 2-3 murmur. Chest clear. Teeth grade 2 Assessment: Allergies Plan/ Treatment: Start cortavance 0.5ml SID for 3d then twice weekly for another 2-3 wks. O says hasn't had an ear infection before so may not need this longterm Due cytopoint at the end of the month so can check in then how ears are going Can also use cortavance spray on feet to see if it relieves the itch Given estimate for heart work up and dental
