Premed: Acepromazine/meth 0.2/0.5   mL s/c ;
Induction: alfaxan 1.8  mL IV 
Maintenance: Isoflurane/Oxygen

SURGERY:
elliptical excision of ventral chest lump, attached under muscle layer, took deep fascial layer. 
closed sc with 3/0 pdm, skin sutures 2/0 nylon, some tension in centre of wound, released with stab incisions either side of wound. 

POST OPERATIVE MEDICATIONS:
carprofen sc. 

PLAN:
home on carprofen po. poc 3-5 days. s/o 10-14 days.

STO Deanne on the phone 5/3, said they have decided to leave the second lump & only remove the 1 lump for the procedure 6/3. Confirmed with O multiple times, only wants the original lump removed. Also does not want the dental performed, strictly x1 lump removal on chest

SUBJECTIVE:presented by male O today. 
Found another lump at L dorsum/neck and is booked on Friday at MVH to have mass removed from undercarriage + possible dental (O not sure what decision was). 

OBJECTIVE:
BAR
TPR unremarkable
Abdo comfortable
Left dorsal neck there is a 5cm soft, mobile, subcutaneous mass. Oily fluid retrieved on FNA, most washes off other than some blood cells staining. 

ASSESSMENT:
Suspect lipoma 

PLAN: DIscuss options to monitor vs have removed under GA on Friday
Have booked admit appt on Friday to discuss with AA what they want to go ahead with (ie 1 or 2 lumps, +- dental)
