CLIN_EXAM
Laterally on digit # 5 is some chronically inflamed skin/ alopecic/ red, indurated
On ventral aspect of pad medially there is a small outgrowth from pad which is probably a hamartoma.
toenail that was removed looks ot be going ok. No obvious inflammation across distal end toe.
On P4 there is a little bit of inflamed skin as well interdigitally.
Some ulceration of skin on P5 from self trauma/ WB trauma.
Popliteal lymph nodes wnl.
DIFFDIAG
Interdigital dermatitis + hamartoma from WB trauma assoc w age/ 2' to arthrodesis/ allergic contact dermatitis
TREATMENT
Cytology.
Sudocreme bd for now & if signigfcant bacterial load then neocrt.
Other option wld be to amputate toe if not improving.
