TMHReason: Blood and mucous from anus last 2 days.Has come through with faeces and also dripping on own at times. Poos have been normal.Otherwise completely normal self, BAR, eating normally, no v+.No stressful events recently, no food change.Examine: Some fresh blood around anus.Amazingly Archie allowed rectal and expressing AGs with very little fuss! (while eating bickies out of the plastic bag!).AGs both slightly full of normal secretion. NAD on rectal exam - no polyps etc. Very small amt fresh blood on glove.Likely colitis - unsure what has triggered.Plan: Prokolin for 4-5 doses and monitor.If blood continues or recurs, may need to scope etc.    Vital Signs    Weight: 8.54;
